Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both clients and my schedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 25% of scheduled service amount.
No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other appointments.
Package appointments, memberships, and prepaid services may forfeit the scheduled session if canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice.
Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
